广东省属科研机构改革的评价指标体系探讨

摘　　要：广东省属科研机构分类改革已经进行了十年,取得了明显的成效,但也暴露出了不少的问题和矛盾,需要通过进一步深化改革来解决。推进广东省属科研机构的进一步深化改革,需要对各类机构的改革成效进行科学的评价。通过调研和分析,提出了广东省属科研机构深化改革的评价内容,并以此为基础,应用德尔菲法与层次分析法,提出了广东省属科研机构深化改革的评价指标体系,根据调研数据进行定量评价。Provincial research institute reform in Guangdong has ben carried out for ten years. The reform produced obvious effect, but the problems and contradiction also were exposed. A scientific appraisal on the effect of provincial research institute reform is needed in order to give impetus to the further deepening reform of Guangdong＇s provincial research institutes. Based on the investigation and analysis, this paper put forward the evaluation content of Guangdong＇s provincial research institute reform, and advanced the appraisal indicator system of provincial research institute reform in Gangdong by using Delphi and Analytic Hierarchy Process method, then, made the quantitative appraisal on Guangdong＇s provincial research institute reform according to the investigation data.
