摘  要:硬线钢的冶炼在转炉出钢后采用LF精炼来控制钢水品质,是一种较为成熟的冶炼工艺,钢的洁净度能满足硬线钢品质的要求,但该工艺冶炼周期长、成本高。为了最大限度降低硬线钢生产成本、提高生产率,提出了采用合成渣洗工艺冶炼硬线钢。本文介绍了硬线钢的成分以及夹杂物的尺寸、分布、形态的要求,探讨了合成渣洗工艺中通过造合适的精炼渣、钢包底吹氩、喂线等手段控制硬线钢的成分、夹杂物性质以及夹杂物的去除。合成渣洗工艺能实现夹杂物的塑性化及去除夹杂物,应用合成渣洗工艺冶炼硬线钢理论上是可行的。It's a better smelting technology that the hard wire steel smelting is used in the LF furnace refining to control the steel quality after tapping, and the steel cleanliness may meet the quality requirements of hard wire steel. But this technology is a longer smelting cycle and high cost. The idea of smelting hard wire steel by synthetic slag washing technology method is proposed to minimize production costs of hard wire steel and increase productivity. This paper introduces the components of hard wire steel and requires of in- clusions like the eleanhness, size, distribution and shape. A series of method like producing appropriate synthetic slag,ladle argon stir- ring,feeding wire to control the components of steel and property of inclusions and removal inclusion in the process of synthetic slag washing technology were discussed. Synthetic slag washing technology realized plasticzing of inclusions and removal inclusion, so the hard wire steel smelting by synthetic slag washing technology is feasible in theory.
