摘　　要：研究了硅钼蓝分光光度法测定锰硅合金中二氧化硅的快速分析方法。采用硝酸、氢氟酸溶解试样，使用饱和硼酸消除氟的干扰，在选定的试验条件下，100mL显色溶液中，二氧化硅在0—500鹏符合比尔定律。方法快速准确，操作简便，用于锰硅合金中二氧化硅的日常检测，可获得满意结果。Fast analysis method of silica content in Mn - Si alloy by silicon-molybdenum blue spectrophotometry is studied. The sample is dissolved through nitric acid and hydrofluoric acid,eliminating interference of fluoride using saturated boric acid, Beerh law is obeyed for silica in the range of 0 -500 ~ in 100 mL coloured solution and selected experimental conditions. The method is rap- id and accurat, simple operation. There is a good result for the daily testing silica in Mn - Si alloy.
