摘  要:目的调查中华按蚊对DDT、溴氰菊酯、氟氯氰菊酯和马拉硫磷抗药性,为合理使用杀虫剂提供科学依据。方法采用WHO成蚊滤纸接触法,观察区分剂量击倒率、首只蚊虫击倒时间和死亡率,根据死亡率判定抗性级别。结果广水、京山、襄阳等地中华按蚊对DDT抗击倒力最强,区分剂量击倒率分别为4.86%和0,首只蚊虫击倒时间为24min和>60min,其次是溴氰菊酯和氟氯氰菊酯,击倒率分别为10.31、2.91、3.12%和15.00、4.90、2.16%,首只蚊虫击倒时间为19、25、32min和20、5、33min,。区分剂量死亡率:DDT、溴氰菊酯和氟氯氰菊酯均<50%,为高抗群体,马拉硫磷分别为58.66、10.20和25.23%,为抗性群体。结论中华按蚊对溴氰菊酯抗性发展迅猛,对DDT抗性居高不下,可能将成为疟疾媒介控制的最大障碍,应加强监测。Objective To monitor the resistance of Anopheles sinensis to DDT,dehamethrin,cyfluthrin and malathion . Methods Adult Anopheles were captured with filter contact method recommended by WHO and the knockdown rate,the knockdown time and mortality of the first Anopheles and the resistance level were observed. Results The Anti-knockdown capability of Anopheles sinensis to DDT was the highest in the areas of Guangshui,Jingshan and Xiangyang,the knockdown rate of their discrimination dosage were 4.86%,0.00 and 0.00 respectively,the knockdown time of the first Anopheles were 24min,over 60min and over 60min respectively, the Anti-knockdown capability of Anopheles sinensis to dehamethrin and cyfluthrin was higher in areas of Guangshui,Jingshan,Xiangyang,the knockdown rate were 10.31% ,2.91% ,3.12% and 15.00% ,4.90% ,2.16% respectively,the knockdown time of the first Anopheles were 19,25,32rain and 20,5,33min respectively. The Anopheles was highly resisitant to DDT,deltamethrin and cyfluthrin,their diserimanafion dosage mortality were all less than 50% ,the mortality of malathion were 58.66% ,10.20% and 25.23% respectively. the resistance of Anopheles sinensis to deltamethrin raised 2 resisitance levels than that in 1993 duing which the resistance to malathion raised 1 resisitanee level. The resistance to DDT was still higher. Conclusion The resistance to dehamethrin of Anopheles sinensis is developing quickly,the resistande to DDT is still increasing,which could be the obstacle in vector control, thus the monitoring work be strengthened.
