农村老年人健康相关生命质量的效度评价

摘　　要：目的：评价农村老年人健康相关生命质量评定量表（ＨＲＬＱＳ）的效度；方法：使用ＨＲＬＱＳ对成都市龙泉镇２４５２名６０岁及以上的农村老年人进行了访谈调查；结果：以Ｔｏｒａｎｃｅ健康状态分类系统（ＨＣＳ）为标准，ＨＲＬＱＳ具有较好的准则效度。因子分析产生的７个因子也与ＨＲＬＱＳ的理论结构相一致，且各因子独立。健康自评差者ＨＲＬＱＳ总分及各维度分值也低，说明其有关联效度。ＨＲＬＱＳ能明显鉴别出有无慢性病、是否家庭功能良好、不同年龄、不同个人收入评价者间生命质量的差别，说明其具有较好的判别效度；结论：四种效度分析方法都表明ＨＲＬＱＳ具有良好的效度。Objective:To evluate the validity of the health related life quality scale for the old in the rural area(HRLQS).Methods:The 2 452 old people in Chengdu rural area are interviewed by HRLQS.Results:Using the Torrance′s health state′s classification system as a standard,HRLQS has a good criterion validity.The 7 factors generated by factor analysis are consistence with theory frame of HRLQS and they are independent each other.The better the perceptive overall health by the old,the higher scores of HRLQS and it′s dimension ,This indicates that HRLQS has related validity.HRLQS can also discriminate the life quality of different old people,such as the old people,having chronic disease or not,with the family function being well being or not,different age of the old and different levels of income assessment by themselves,so HRLQS has predictive validity.Conclusion:The results from several analysis methods of validity demonstrate that HRLQS has a good validity.
