高效液相色谱法测定香砂养胃片中白术内酯Ш的含量

摘　　要：目的建立高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定香砂养胃片中白术内酯Ш含量。方法采用HPLC法,色谱柱:KromssilC18柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-水(60:40);流速:0.8mL.min-1;检测波长:220nm。结果白术内酯Ш在1～50μg·mL-1范围内线性关系良好。平均加样回收率为99.61%,RSD=1.67%。结论该方法简单,灵敏,准确,结果可靠,可作为香砂养胃片中白术内酯Ш的定量方法。ABSTRACT Objective To establish a method for determination of atractylenolide Ill contents in xiangsha yangwei tablets by HPLC. Methods Using the high-performance liquid chromatography （HPLC） determination method ： a column was Kromssil C18 column （4.6 mm ×250 mm, 5μm）, the mobile phase was methanol-water （60 ： 40）, the flow rate was 0.8 mL ·min^-1 and the detection wave length at 220 nm. Results There was good linearity between the peak area and the content of atractylenolide Ⅲ in the rang of 1 - 50 μg·mL^-1 ; the average recovery of sample was 99.61% （ RSD ： 1.67% ）. Conclusion This method is simple, sensitive, accurate and reliable for the content determination of atractylenolide Ⅲ in xiangsha yangwei tablets.
