头孢噻利与5种止血药的配伍稳定性考察

摘　　要：目的研究头孢噻利分别与氨甲苯酸、酚磺乙胺、卡络磺钠、维生素K1、氨甲环酸等5种止血药配伍稳定性。方法采用紫外系数倍率法、双波长法分别考察头孢噻利与氨甲苯酸、酚磺乙胺、卡络磺钠、维生素K1、氨甲环酸配伍后8h内不同时间的含量变化情况,同时观察外观并测定pH值。结果头孢噻利与5种止血药配伍后8h内其配伍液的外观、pH值及各药物的含量均无显著变化。结论硫酸头孢噻利与5种止血药在0.9%氯化钠注射液中8h内稳定。Objective To study the compatible stability of eefoselis with five hemostatics, which are PAMBA, etan＇lsylate, carbazochrome sodium sulfonate, vitamin Kj and tranexamic acid. Methods The appearance, pH value and content of cefoselis mixed with five hemostatics for eight hours were studied by K-ratio UV and dual-wavelength analysis at different time points. Results No significant changes in the appearance, pH value and content of cefoselis were observed after mixing with five hemostatics for eight hours. Conclusion Sulfate cefoselis is stable eight hours after mixed with five hemostatics in 0.9% sodium chloride injection.
