基于Pro/E二次开发的夹具预览设计

摘　　要：根据计算机辅助组合夹具设计(CAMFD)需要,利用Pro/E二次开发工具包Pro/TOOLKIT在Visual C++6.0环境下进行编程,在夹具管理模块中实现夹具浏览、查询等功能。介绍了二次开发的流程以及夹具预览设计的实现方法。通过安装ProductViewExpress插件,使用ActiveX控件将其预览功能移植到夹具浏览中。其可视性为夹具元件库管理和装配设计选件提供了极大的方便。According to the requirement of computer - aided modular fixture design, by using Pro/TOOLKIT saddlebag in Pro/E and Visual C ＋ ＋ 6.0 development environment, the system realizes the founetion of fixture browse, search, etc. The process of secondary development and the approach to fixture preview are introduced by installing Product Viewxpress Plug - in preview founetion is applied to fixture browse through Active X control. The visualization of fixture provides a facility for management of fixture component library and assembly design option.
