摘 要:以印度彩叶榕‘红关公’茎尖及带腋芽茎段为材料,以MS为基本培养基附加不同的激素组合,筛选最佳培养基配方,成功的建立了‘红关公’的离体快繁优化体系。结果表明:外植体初代诱导最佳培养基为:MS+6-BA2.0mg/L+NAA0.1mg/L,诱导率达66.7%;丛生芽增殖培养基为:MS+6-BA1.0mg/L+NAA0.1mg/L,增殖系数达2.43;最佳生根培养基为:1/2MS+NAA0.1mg/L+IBA0.1mg/L,其生根率达100%。该研究成功建立了印度彩叶榕‘红关公’的离体再生体系,为其规模化生产提供技术支撑。Using shoot tip and segments with axillary buds of Ficus elastica spp.as explants,using MS as basic medium with different hormone combinations and selected the best medium combination to set up the plant regeneration system of Ficus elastica spp.The result showed that the optimum medium for primary induction of axillary buds was MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L,the average induction ratio reached 66.7%,the optimum subculture medium for stem multiplication was MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L,on which each explants produced 2.43 plantlets on the average.The frequency of rooting reached 100% on 1/2MS medium supplemented with NAA 0.1 mg/L and 0.1 mg/L IBA.In this study in vitro culture and plant regeneration system of Ficus elastica spp.was established and the establised system provided a technology foundation for large scale production of plantlet.
