摘 要:二元过共晶Al-5%Fe合金中的初生Al3Fe相为粗大的针片状。微量元素Sc和Zr加入到过共晶Al-5%Fe合金中,合金的初生Al3Fe相形貌发生显著变化。其细化作用在Sc、Zr加入量分别为0.3%和0.1%时效果较好,合金的初生Al3Fe相转变为细小的针状、粒状和花朵状。合金的抗拉强度达到266.8 MPa,提高了119.8%。讨论了Sc、Zr联合添加对过共晶Al-5%Fe合金初生Al3Fe相的作用机理。The primary Al3Fe phase of the binary Al-5%Fe alloy is mainly coarse needles in shape. When the trace elements of Sc and Zr are added into the hypereutectic Al-5% Fe alloy, the morphologies of the primary Al3Fe phase are obviously modified. Its modification result was better when 0.3%Sc and 0.1%Zr were simultaneously added to the Al-5%Fe alloy. The primary AIsFe phase was changed from the shape of coarse needles to be fine needle-like, particle-like and flower-like. The tensile strength of the alloy approached to 266.8 MPa, being raised 119.8%. And the mechanism of combination of minor Sc and Zr modifying the primary Al3Fe phase of the hvpereutectic Al-5%Fe allov was discussed.
