摘 要:采用ISSR分子标记技术对云南省3个大果木莲天然居群进行遗传多样性分析。结果表明,在物种水平上,大果木莲的多态位点百分率(PPB)为70.71%;有效等位基因数(Ne)为1.4121;Nei′s基因多样性指数(H)为0.2433;Shannon信息指数(I)为0.3651。在居群水平上,其PPB为44.1%;Ne为1.2704;H为0.1573;I为0.2343。通过Nei′s遗传多样性分析得到居群间的遗传分化系数(Gst)为0.3595,由遗传一致度进行了3个居群的UPGMA聚类。Inter-simple sequence repeat (ISSR) technique was used to detect 3 natural populations of Manglietia grandis distributed in Yunnan.The results showed that at species level,the value of the average percentage of polymorphic bands (PPB) was 70.71%,effective number of alleles per locus (Ne) was 1.412 1,Nei's gene diversity index (H) was 0.243 3 and Shannon's information index (I) was 0.365 1.While at population level,the values of PPB,Ne,H and I were 44.1%,1.270 4,0.157 3 and 0.234 3 respectively.The coefficient of population differentiation (Gst) among populations based on Nei's genetic distance was 0.359 5.Based on genetic identity,dendrogram of 3 populations was constructed by UPGMA.
