卫生列车静脉输液技术的研究

摘　　要：[目的]探讨列车上适应性静脉输液技术。[方法]按照临床静脉输液方法对操作者进行训练,准确掌握后在开动的列车上操作,并对操作结果进行评价,找出不适应在列车上操作的环节,研究改进措施,采用改进方法在开动的列车上操作并将结果与改进前及陆地上操作情况进行比较。[结果]采用改进后的静脉输液方法在列车上实施操作,操作时间、质量评分与改进前及陆地比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]改进后的静脉输液技术能较好地适应列车上的特殊救治环境,初步形成了列车静脉输液技术方案。Objective：To probe into adaptability intravenous infusion technique on the train.Methods：Operators were trained according to clinical intravenous infusion method.They were manipulated on the moving train after they grasped the technique correctly.To find out links inadaptable in the moving train,to research improvement measures for it.Improved method of intravenous infusion was adopted and carried out on train.The results were compared with that of before and on the land.Results：After the improvement of intravenous infusion compared with that before and operation conditions on the land,in terms of operating time and quality score,there were statistical significant differences among them （P0.05）.Conclusion：Improved intravenous infusion can better adapt to the special environment of rescuing on the train,and that primarily formed a train intravenous infusion technique scheme.
