摘　　要：档案数字化是高校档案信息化建设的基础工程,大力开发档案信息资源,为学校教学、科研和管理提供查询利用,是高校档案工作的根本。在传统档案管理模式下,高校档案面临管理方式和技术手段落后等问题。为了适应教学、科研和管理提供查询利用的需求,且有利于纸质档案长久安全保存的需要,尽快实现档案数字化管理迫在眉睫。文章就高校档案数字化管理的问题进行了探索。Digitizing the archives is a basic project of information construction in universities and colleges, and developing file information resources for the use of teaching, research and management is the fundamental work of archives in universities and colleges. Under the current highly developed information transmission situation, the society and individuals have higher requirements on the file recall rate and precision rate. The traditional file management mode can not meet the requirements. To meet the needs and save paper files for a long term, it is urgent to digitize the archives. In this paper, we discussed on the digital archives management in universities and colleges.
