孕妇阴道细菌感染情况及相关因素分析

摘　　要：目的检测305例孕妇阴道细菌感染情况,并分析其与孕龄、白色念珠菌感染的关系。方法采用细菌性阴道病(BV)联合检测试剂盒检测305例孕妇阴道细菌感染情况。结果305例孕妇的阴道中白细胞酯酶、唾液酸苷酶、过氧化氢阳性率分别为25.24%、11.14%、18.03%、12.45%。随着孕龄的延长,三者阳性率增加。白色念珠菌阳性者三者阳性率较高。结论部分妊娠期妇女存在阴道细菌感染,其严重程度与孕龄和白色念珠菌感染有关。Objective To observe the vagina bacterial infection status in 305 pregnant women, and explore its relationship withgestational weeks and blastomyces albicans infection. Methods The state of vagina bacterial infection in 305 pregnant women were examed by bacterial vaginosis joint detection. Results The positive of leukocyte esterasc, sialic acid glycosides activity ,concentration of hydrogen peroxide-positive detection rates were 25.24%, 11.14%, 18.03%, 12.45% respectively. Three kinds of enzyme activity increases accompyed the gestational age increases, and three kinds of enzyme activity increases accompyed blastomyces albicans infection rate. Conclusion Vagina bacterial infection is found in some pregnant women, and its severity is correlate with gestational age and Blastomyces albicans infection.
