资源紧缺型城市的物流政策体系研究

摘　　要：在土地和资金紧缺的约束下,如何制定有效的物流政策以合理的配置资源成为资源紧缺型城市发展经济的首要问题。文中以汕头现代物流业发展为例,在分析比较了上海、广州、深圳、厦门等城市的物流战略目标和政策体系的基础上,从物流产业政策、物流管理协调机制、基础设施和信息平台保障政策等方面提出了汕头市的现代物流政策体系。Due to the constraint from the lack of both land and capital, it is reasonable to conclude that how to develop logistic strategy effectively and how to distribute resource rationally become so important. This paper takes logistic industry in Shantou as a sample. It suggests a logistic industry strategy and a modern logistic policy system for Shantou from several aspects such as industry policy, coordination of management, infrastructure and information platform of Logistic of Shantou, through comparing and analyzing the logistic industry evaluation and strategy systems between Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Xiamen.
