利用技术经济方法对天津港建立设备租赁公司的可行性分析

摘　　要：文中通过技术经济分析方法,对天津港组建设备租赁公司的可行性进行了分析,使用了天津港目前在用主力设备数据与基层公司外租设备数据,建立了设备租赁经济模型,分析了租赁设备与购买设备的盈亏平衡点,说明了利用率较低的设备对于码头公司来说适于租赁。并运用排队理论对利用率较高的设备进行了分析,预测了由集团统一调配租赁可取得的经济效益,从技术经济的角度充分说明了天津港组建租赁公司的可行性。By using Technical and Economic Analysis,this paper talks about the feasibility of establishing the Equipment Leasing Company on Tianjing Port.Basing on the current data of the main equipment and the rental equipment in the grass- roots company,the paper sets up a economic model of Equipment-Leasing and analyzis the break-even of the leasing- equipment and purchasing-equipment.thus a conclusion can be drew that it is best to rent the equipments with a lower utilization rate. Finally the paper analyzes the higher utilization ratio equipments by using Queuing Theory and predicts the accessible economic benefits when the Group implements unified scheduling leasehold,and explains the possibility that Leasing Company can be seted up in Tianjin Port from the technical and economic point of view.
