摘  要:目的探讨冠心病患者胆红素水平与脉搏波传导速度(PWV)和踝臂指数(ABI)之间的关系。方法测定85例冠心病组患者和46例对照组患者总胆红素(TBIL)、直接胆红素(DBIL)、间接胆红素(IBIL)、尿酸(UA)、总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)及低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)的水平,并使用动脉硬化检测仪检测患者的PWV及ABI。结果冠心病组TBIL、DBIL、IBIL及ABI水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),冠心病组PWV高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);TBIL及DBIL水平越低,PWV越高;IBIL水平越低,ABI越低。结论冠心病患者血清胆红素水平明显降低,胆红素水平的降低与PWV的升高及ABI的降低有密切关系。胆红素可能是冠心病的一个独立危险因子,它与PWV及ABI联合预测评估冠心病有一定的临床意义。Objective To explore the relationship between Plasma Bilimbin Levels and the pulse wave velocity (PWV) , the ankle brachial index (ABI) in coronary heart disease. Methods The Plasma level of total bilirubin (TBIL) , direct bilirubin (DBIL), indirect bilirubin (IBIL), uric acid (UA), total cholesterol (TC), triglycerides (TG), high density Iipoprotein cholesterol ( HDL - C), low density lipoprotein cholesterol ( LDL - C) in 85 patients with coronary heart disease and 46 normal people were examined. PWV and ABI were tested by the non - invasive vascular screening device. Results TBIL, DBIL, IBIL and ABI was significantly lower in CHD group than those in control group (P 〈0. 05). Compared to control group, PWV was significantly higher in CHD group (P 〈0. 01). In CHD group, PWV was inversely associated with TBIL and DBIL, while ABI was positively associated with IBIL. Conclusion The plasma bilirubin level is significantly lower in patients with CHD. Bilirubin might he as a independent risk factor of CHD, and bilirubin combined with PWV and ABI could provide a new and convenient way for evaluating and prognosing the severity of coronary heart disease.
