摘　　要：随着公司低成本运行的要求,安钢炼铁厂采取了一系列降低成本的措施:抓好炼铁精料工作,加强原燃料管理,包括优化烧结混匀矿配比结构、优化焦化配煤结构、优化高炉用矿配比结构,并采取了一系列优化原燃料冶金性能的措施,强化高炉冶炼,提高管理水平,使炼铁成本得到大幅度降低。Along with the company＇s low cost operation requirment , the ironmaking plant of anyang iron and steel Co. , Ltd. has adopted a series of measures to reduce the cost. Special attention was paid to the burden material, enhanced the management of the raw material and fuel , including optimize the ratio structure of sintering ore blending, optimize the ratio of coal blending of coking , optimize the burden structure of the blast furnace, and a series of measures have been taken to optimize the metallurgy performance of the raw material and fuel , to intensify the blast- furnace smelting and improve the level of management, so that the cost of ironmaking has a significant reduction.
