摘 要:为得到最优的螺旋挤扩钻头型式,设计加工了不同型式的模型钻头及相关试验装置,并选择合适的材料作为钻入介质,通过不同型式模型钻头的钻入试验,研究了钻头螺距、螺纹形状等参数对钻头成孔扭矩的影响。试验结果表明水泥拌合土可作为螺旋挤土模型钻头的钻进介质;在相同成孔条件下,钻头钻进所需成孔扭矩随螺距及钻型呈明显变化,在实际工程应用中应根据地层条件选择较为优化的钻头。螺旋挤扩钻头钻进成孔模型试验可以方便、直观地定性实现螺旋挤扩钻头的初步优化工作,为选择所需成孔扭矩最小的最优短螺旋挤扩钻头提供设计依据。To get the best drill auger, a set of model drill auger and related test device were designed and manufactured. By choosing appropriate material as boring medium, a series of model test of drill auger boring into cement soil were done to study the impact of pattern of the drill auger and the screw - pitch on the holeforming torque. Experimental results show that the cement soil can be used as boring medium for model test. Under the same conditions, the drill -type and the screw -pitch have a great impact on the required torque. In the practical application, the optimal bit should be chosen based on engineering geological conditions. The model test of drill auger boring into cement soil can easily and intuitively realize the optimization of the drill auger, and provide the basis for designing the optimized drill with least torque.
