摘　　要：在"Phone to Phone"工作方式的IP电话业务中,IP语音网关起到PSTN网和IP网之间的桥梁作用,它转换IP网络和PSTN网的信令,传输语音信息。在分析IP语音网关的基本功能的基础上,提出一种IP电话网关的实现方案以及模块化实现方式,依照SIP协议用C++代码网关功能模块,用MySQL数据库保存用户和呼叫信息,用SNMP协议实现对网关的远程配置与管理。实验表明该网关具有投入少、操作方便、可扩展性强等特点。In the ＂Phone to Phone＂ working for voice over IP, IP voice gateway is a significant devices connecting PSTN and IP network, it transforms the control signal and wan.milts audio message between IP network and PSTN. Based on the analysis of IP phone gateway, a blueprint of IP phone gateway and the modular approach to achieve is introduced. In accordance with the SIP protocol, the function of gateway is moduled using C ＋ ＋ code, the information of user is stored using MySQL database,the gateway can be remote configurated and managed using SNMP protocol. The experiment shows that the gateway is economical and scalable.
