摘  要:欠平衡钻井技术作为提高油气勘探开发效率最有效的手段之一,得到越来越广泛的应用,但由于其设备投资大、技术风险高,因而对司钻的培训显得非常重要。为此,介绍了欠平衡钻井虚拟培训系统的功能与结构以及研制与应用情况,将三维建模工具Solidworks和三维开发工具Virtools应用于欠平衡钻井虚拟培训系统,使该系统虚拟场景更加逼真,功能也更齐全,使参加培训的学员具有身临其境的感受,有助于增强培训效果,提高培训效率。通过培训提高了司钻的操作水平和技能,从而减少了钻井事故的发生。As one of the most effective technologies, underbalanced drilling has been widely used to raise an E&P efficiency of oil and gas. But because of its huge investment and high risk, a training to drillers becomes very important. This paper describes the function, structure, research and application of the virtual training system of underbalanced drilling. Application of 3-D modeling tool 'Solidworks' and 3-D developing tool 'Virtools' to this system will obtain a complete-function one with a more realistic virtual scene. Therefore, the trainee would have an immersed sense so as to raise a training efficiency.
