β环糊精聚合物弹性石英毛细管柱的研制及性能研究

摘　　要：用环氧氯丙烷作交联剂合成了一种非水溶性的β环糊精聚合物．采用超动态法［１］制备出弹性石英毛细管柱，对多种化合物进行了分离．其结果显示该柱选择性高，柱效好，惰性。A water insoluble βcyclodextrin polymer was synthesized with epichorohydrin as a cross-linking regent and a fused silica capillary column was prepared with βCD polymer as stationary phase by superdynamica coating method.The separation and retention behaviours of a series of organic compounds have been studied.The experimental results indicate that the column has good separation performance to many compaunds.
