小白鼠肾上腺摘除对其机体应激能力的影响

摘　　要：实验表明，切除小白鼠双侧肾上腺后，一周内，小白鼠体重下降，死亡率较高；去肾上腺的小白鼠在冰水中的游泳时间较对照组短，而恢复时间却比对照组的长．反映了去除肾上腺的小白鼠的应激能力比对照组减弱。The body weight decreased while the death percentage increased in one week after excision of adrenals in mice. The swimming time of adrenals-excised mice was shorter, but recovery time longer than that of the control. The results showed that, compared with the control, the adrenals-excised mice had weaker stress-tolerating ability.
