摘　　要：以陕甘革命根据地作为领导中国革命的大本营的伟大战略决策的形成,是由于陕甘革命根据地的存在与革命发展的有利条件,共产国际援助中国革命思想和对陕甘革命根据地的认识,全国革命形势发展的要求与党中央为了实现政治路线,党和红军生存与发展的需要,中共第一代中央领导集体具有的科学精神与战略眼光这些最基本的因素所决定的,是当时社会历史条件下的必然选择。The strategic decision-making of putting Shaan-Gan revolutionary base as the leading headquarters of Chinese revolution was due to such factors as the favorable conditions of the existence and development of Shaan-Gan revolutionary base,the Comintern＇s assistance to Chinese revolution and its understanding of Shaan-Gan revolutionary base,the need to develop national revolution and the need for the CPC Central Committee to fulfill its political route and develop the Party and the red army,the scientific spirit and the strategic judgment of the first generation of central collective leadership of the CPC,which were historically inevitable at that time.
