摘　　要：作为不同于一般管理层面的学校经营实践,虽然刚刚起步,但是逐渐引起了人们的热切关注。对有关理论研究者和实际工作者于学校经营实践的态度分析,既可以了解他们对学校经营实践的感知和判断,还能够为后续的实践和研究提供必要的参考和咨询。本文的另一价值在于试图打破已有关于学校经营问题研究的呆板模式——过分侧重规范分析,思辨思维过重,以期推动具有科学分析价值的实证研究路径在学校经营实践研究上的应用。As is different from the general management level, school management practices,Although just getting started, but gradually aroused keen interest.Through the analysis of related theoretical researchers and practitioners＂ attitudes toward school management practices.We can not only understand their perceptions and judgments toward school management practices ,but also be able to provide the necessary information and advice on the follow-up practice and research.Another value of this paper is to try to break the rigid model of existing research on school management issues - Too much emphasis on normative analysis and speculative thinking, With a view to promoting the applications of the path of empirical study, which has the value of scientific analysis,on school management practice .
