摘　　要：ComapctRIO是一种高性能分布式实时采集和控制系统。由于其高精度、小巧、坚固、稳定可靠、低功耗的特点,可以以其为核心构建便携式电化学噪声测试系统,应用于野外长期进行的腐蚀电化学噪声测试;利用LabVIEW编写采集和信号分析软件,可以解决噪声信号数据量大,处理复杂的问题。本文论述了该系统的软、硬件组成及性能校验。CompactRIO is a high performance real-time system for acquisition and controlling.Because of its feature of extra precision,compact,reliable and low power consumption,a portable electrochemical noise test system based on it could be established.This test system could be applied on the field of long-term corrosion electrochemical noise tests.To solve the problem of the large volume date of electrochemical noise,software of acquisition and signal analysis could be written with LabVIEW.This paper describes the constitution,performance,software and two application examples of this system.
