摘　　要：介绍了TOPSIS价值函数模型的建立方法和计算步骤,针对火炮系统特点,提取了6个反映火炮质量的因素,建立了火炮质量评价指标体系。基于TOPSIS法建立了火炮系统质量综合评价模型,通过实例分析,结果证明,该方法的应用,不仅克服了主观因素对于评价的影响,而且客观全面地反映了装备的质量状况。In this paper,the establishment and calculation steps of TOPSIS valuation function were introduced.Considering the characteristics of artillery system,six elements that influence the artillery quality were selected,and the evaluation data system was built.Based on TOPSIS method,the evaluation model for artillery quality was also constructed.Moreover,an example analysis had been done to verify that the method not only overcomes some subjective influence on evaluation,but also reflects the quality status more objectively and comprehensively.
