摘　　要：Y9380齿轮倒角机广泛用于汽车、摩托车、拖拉机、工程机械和机器制造业的圆柱齿轮、圆柱斜齿轮、内齿轮等端面齿形的倒角加工。但由于Y9380齿轮倒角机机头套筒结构存在的缺陷严重影响了其生产工艺和产品质量,笔者通过对Y9380齿轮倒角机结构的改进,降低加工难度、提高加工效率,同时保证装配精度,使企业获得良好的经济效益。Y9380 Gear chamfering machines is widely used in the terminal surface tooth shape pour horn processing of the car extensively,motorcycle,tractor,engineering machinery,machine cylinder gear wheel of manufacturing industry,cylinder oblique gear wheel,interior gear wheeled.However,due to the sleeve structure defect of Y9380 gear chamfering machines which will affect the processing technique and the production quality.By improving the sleeve structure of Y9380 gear chamfering machines,the processing difficulty is reduced,the efficiency is improved,and the assembly precision is proved simultaneously.Finally,the business can obtain favorable economic benefits from the modifications.
