摘  要:目的检测冠心病合并心力衰竭患者血中超敏C反应蛋白(hsCRP)、脂蛋白a[Lp(a)]及脂联素(APN)的浓度并探讨其临床意义。方法用悬浮芯片技术集成检测76例冠心病合并心力衰竭患者hsCRP、Lp(a)及APN的浓度,并与30例单纯冠心病患者及35例正常人进行对照。结果冠心病合并心力衰竭患者hsCRP、Lp(a)较单纯冠心病患者及对照组增高(P均<0.01),且心功能分级越高其值越高;APN较单纯冠心病患者增高(P<0.01),其值高低与心力衰竭严重程度呈正相关,但与正常对照组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论心功能可能影响冠心病患者hsCRP、Lp(a)、APN水平,且与心功能分级呈正相关,联合检测三者可以用来评估心功能情况。Objective To detect the level of serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein ( hsCRP), lipoprotein (a) [ Lp (a) ] and adiponectin (APN) in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) complicated with heart failure. Methods There were 76 CHD patients with heart failure, 30 CHD patients without heart failure and 35 health people were enrolled to detect the serum hsCRP, Lp (a) and APN by using suspension array technology. Results The level of hsCRP and Lp (a) was higher in patients with CHD complicated with CHF as compared to CHD patients and control group, of which was related to the level of cardiac function ( P 〈 0. 01 ). The level of APN in patients with CHD complicated with CHF was higher than CHD Without CHF (P 〈0. 01 ) and there was a positive correlation between APN and the level of the cardiac function, while there was no significant difference in APN between the health group and patients with CHD. Conclusion It may be a positive correlation between hsCRP, Lp (a) and APN with cardiac function, moreover the united detection of them may be useful in the evaluation of cardiac function.
