摘  要:目的观察参芍胶囊对动脉粥样硬化大鼠心肌组织内皮素(ET)、一氧化氮(NO)、组织型纤溶酶原激活抑制物(PAI-1)及心肌质量、心肌结构的影响。方法将60只大鼠随机分成对照组、模型组、治疗组(低、中、高剂量)和阳性对照组。对照组给予普通饮食,模型组给予高脂饮食,治疗组给予高脂饮食的同时给予参芍胶囊三种治疗剂量(低、中、高),阳性对照组在给予高脂饮食的同时给予给辛伐他汀;42 d后分别测定各组大鼠心肌组织ET、NO和PAI-1的含量,同时测各组大鼠心脏质量及质量指数。结果与对照组相比,动脉粥样硬化大鼠心肌组织NO降低,ET及PAI-1升高(P<0.05);给予参芍胶囊治疗后NO水平升高,ET、PAI-1含量降低,以中剂量时最显著(P<0.05)。动脉粥样硬化大鼠心脏质量及质量指数均增加(P<0.05),经参芍胶囊治疗后心脏质量减轻。结论参芍胶囊可以通过升高动脉粥样硬化大鼠心肌组织中NO、降低ET及PAI-1水平,减轻心脏质量,改善心肌重构。Objective To investigate the effect of Shenshao capsule on myocardium function and heart mass in SD rats with atherosclerosis. Method Sixty rats were divided into model group, contrast group, treatment group and positive contrast group. Model group were given high cholesterol food and contrast group were given normal food. Treatment group were given high cholesterol food and Shenshao capsule (low, middle, high dose). Nitric oxide (NO), endothelin (ET) and plasminogen activator inhibitor 1 ( PAI-1 ) in myocardium tissue were examined as well as the heart mass and mass index at 40 days later. Results In myocardium tissue of rats with atherosclerosis, NO level decreased with an increase of ET and PAI-1 level (P 〈 0.05). The ET, PAI-1, heart mass and mass index in treatment group were lower than that in model group. NO level in myocardium were higher in treatment group especially in middle dose group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Shenshao capsule can decrease the level of ET, PAI-1, heart mass and increase the NO level in myocardium tissue of rats with atherosclerosis.
