摘  要:目的评价肾小球滤过率(GFR)评估方程在慢性肾脏病(CKD)患者中的适用性。方法选择123例CKD患者,将Cockcroft-Gault方程、7MDRD方程和简化MDRD方程估算的GFR值用体表面积(BSA)标准化,与BSA标准化的99mTc-DTPAD测得的GFR在不同CKD分期进行比较。结果与99mTc-GFR(sGFR)相关性最好的是7MDRD方程,ROC曲线下面积也表明7MDRD方程诊断的工作效率最好。结论建立了用7GFR值推算sGFR理论值的校正式:sGFR=7GFR×1.25-11.72。Objective To estimate the application of glomerular filter rate (GFR) equations in chronic kidney disease (CKD) patients. Methods A total of 123 CKD patients were involved in the study. GFR was estimated with MDRD equation 7, abbreviated MDRD equation and Cockcroft-Gault equation compared with ^99mTc-DTPAD plasma clearance ( sGFR) in different stages of CKD. The GFR were standardized by body surface area. Results The three GFR equations were significantly correlated with sGFR, of which MDRD equation 7 was the best one for GFR estimation. Furthermore, the mean area under ROC curve was the similar result. Conclusion According to MDRD equation 7, we found a corrected equation, that is: sGFR =7GFR × 1.25-11.72.
