蓬子菜水溶液对股动脉硬化闭塞症家兔模型血清C-反应蛋白的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察蓬子菜水溶液对股动脉硬化闭塞症家兔模型的血清C-反应蛋白的影响,进一步探讨蓬子菜水溶液治疗动脉硬化闭塞症的作用机理。方法:采用复合手段制成"股动脉硬化闭塞症"家兔模型,观察蓬子菜水溶液对其血清血清C-反应蛋白的影响。结果:蓬子菜水溶液可降低股动脉硬化闭塞症家兔血清C-反应蛋白,并且明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:蓬子菜水溶液可降低血清C-反应蛋白,对动脉硬化闭塞症的发生发展有着很好的抑制作用,起着积极的治疗作用。Objective：To observe the effect and mechanism of C-reactive protein activity factors in the water solution of Galium verum treating femoral atherosclerosis obliterans in rabbits Model.Methods：By composite means mading of Rabbit Femoral Arteriosclerosis Obliterans model,To observe the effect and mechanism of C-reactive protein activity factors in the water solution of Galium verum treating femoral atherosclerosis obliterans in rabbits Model.Results：The water solution of Galium verum can reduce the share of soft capsules arteriosclerosis obliterans rabbit serum C-reactive protein,and significantly superior Tongsaimai tablets in the control group（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：The water solution of Galium verum by reducing the serum C-reactive protein,arteriosclerosis obliterans of the occurrence and development of a very good inhibitory effect,plays an active role in treatment.
