护心灵对麻醉犬实验性心肌梗塞的保护作用

摘　　要：目的:观察护心灵对麻醉犬冠状动脉前降支结扎所致急性心肌梗塞的保护作用。方法:结扎麻醉犬左冠状动脉前降支(LAD)复制急性心肌梗塞模型,测定麻醉犬血清中CK、FFA、乳酸等的变化。结果:护心灵能增加心肌供氧量,减轻心肌缺血程度和范围,降低血清CK、FFA等的升高程度。结论:护心灵对急性心肌梗塞具有一定的保护作用。Objective：To investigate the protective effects of Huxinling on experimental acute myocardial infarction（AMI） in anaesthetized dogs.Methods：The model of acute myocardial infarction was established by occlusion of left arterial descending artery of myocardium in dogs,and the myocardial infarction area and the activities of FFA,CK,lactic acid in serum were measured.Results：In dogs treatment with Huxinling,the myocardium oxygen delivery increased,degree and of myocardial ischemia and the activities of serum CK,FFA significantly decreased in acute myocardial infarction dogs.Conclusion：Compound Huxinling possesses the protective effect on myocardial ischemia.
