宫保康栓成型工艺的考察

摘　　要：目的:探讨宫保康栓的制备工艺。方法:采用比较的方法,考察甘油明胶、半合成脂肪酸酯和PEG4000/PEG6000对所制栓剂的外观形态、溶解时限和溶出度的影响,优选出最佳基质及基质与药物的最佳比例,确定宫保康栓处方。结果:最终确定以甘油明胶为基质,基质与药物的比例为2∶1。结论:按确定的工艺制备的宫保康栓含药量高,用药量小,简便快捷,适合于大生产。Objective：To study the preparation technology of gongbaokang suppository.Method：Adopting the method of comparison,we investigate the aspect,dissolution time limit and dissolution rate which are affected by glycerinated gelatin,semi synthesis fatty acid and PEG4000/PEG6000.Choosing the best matrix and the best proportion of matrix and drug,then we determine the prescription of gongbaokang suppository.Result： We finally determine that the best matrix is glycerinated gelatin and the best proportion is 2：1.Conclusion： Gongbaokang suppository which is made based on our preparation technology costs less drug and it is very simple and rapid.It is fit for large-scale production.
