摘 要:以硅酸钠、聚合氯化铝(PAC)、阳离子型聚丙烯酰胺(C-PAM)为原料,制备了复合型无机高分子絮凝剂PCSM。考察了PCSM的铝硅比、C-PAM加药量、pH值等因素对污水絮凝效果的影响,并通过正交实验确定了PCSM的主要影响因素。结果表明:PCSM与其它絮凝剂相比具有较好的除油效果,与PSAC相比具有絮体沉降快,絮凝除油能力强等优点。Using the sodium silicate,the polyaluminum chloride(PAC) and the cationic polyacrylamide (C-PAM) as the raw materials, the inorganic polymer composite flocculant-PCSM was prepared. The influences of the Si/Al ratios,the addition of C-PAM,the amounts of the dosage and the pH value on the sewage flocculating were investigated. And the main influencing factors were determined by the orthogonal experiment. Results showed that the composite flocculant has better flocculation effect compared with the single flocculant. Comparing with PSAC, PCSM has a good stability and a better degreasing ability.
