摘　　要：宪法权威是指作为国家根本大法的宪法,在国家和社会日常运行中,是一切机关、组织和个人的根本行为准则,简而言之就是要体现宪法的至上性和权威性。但在我国,树立宪法权威主要应当完善宪法自身的不足,健全宪法保障与诉讼制度和提高全民的宪法权威意识。Constitutional authority simply means the supremacy and authoritativeness of the constitution as a state fundamental law as well as basic conduct standard of all institutions, or- ganizations and individuals in the state and social operation, which is, however, not satisfactory in China. To establish constitutional authority, it is necessary to perfect the constitution itself, improve constitutional guarantee and raise the constitutional authority consciousness of the people.
