摘　　要：砖混结构房屋的剩余寿命预测受诸多因素的影响,应结合地区特征综合分析.根据抽样调查数据,在分析勘察设计、施工质量、人为损伤、构件老化和环境影响等因素对郑州地区砖混结构房屋使用寿命影响的基础上,探讨了砖混结构房屋剩余寿命的预测方法.There are mang factors affect the life of brick-concrete structure building, region character is an importance one. Based on the investigation and analyzed for service life of brick-concrete structure building in Zhengzhou and influence factors including survey and design and construction quality and artificial element aging and environmental impact, the residual life prediction method is given.
