摘 要:以区域创新理论为基础,构建了知识集聚与区域创新的关系模型,并开发出一套衡量知识集聚与区域创新的指标体系,然后基于统计年鉴数据,对我国30个地区的知识集聚与区域创新的发展水平进行评估与比较,最后以统计分析结果为基础探索了知识集聚与区域创新的相互关系。研究结果表明,知识集聚水平能够显著影响区域创新水平,但存在着滞后性;知识集聚水平与区域创新水平之间并非完全线性相关,知识集聚水平高的地区,其创新水平未必高,但知识集聚水平低的地区,其创新水平也一般较低。In this paper, based on the theory of regional innovation, we construct a model on the relationship between knowledge agglomeration and regional innovation, and develop an index system for evaluating the level of knowledge agglomeration and regional innovation. Then based on the data from the Statistical Yearbook, we evaluate and compare the level of knowledge agglomeration and regional innovation of China's 30 regions, and finally explore the relationship between knowledge agglomeration and regional innovation based on the result of statistical analysis. The results show that knowledge agglomeration can significantly affect regional innovation, but there is a certain lag during this process; besides, it is not entirely linear correlation between the level of knowledge agglomeration and regional innovation, the level of regional innovation is not always high while the level of its knowledge agglomeration is high, but the level of regional innovation is always low if the level of its knowledge agglomeration is low.
