摘　　要：目的探讨鼻咽清毒颗粒治疗小儿鼻渊的疗效和安全性。方法鼻咽清毒颗粒组(治疗组)398例、鼻渊通窍颗粒组(对照组A)245例、鼻渊舒口服液组(对照组B)357例,按各自给药方法进行治疗,疗程均15d。结果治疗组的总有效率为97.24%(387/398),优于对照组A89.39%(219/245)和对照组B86.83%(310/357,P<0.05),治疗组治疗鼻渊症状的疗效也明显优于两个对照组。3组患儿均未见严重不良反应。结论鼻咽清毒颗粒治疗小儿鼻渊疗效满意、安全可靠。Objective To research the therapeutic effects and security of Biyan Qingdu Granules （BQG） on acute and chronic sinusitis in children. Methods The treating group （398 cases） of BQG, the control group A （245 cases） of Biyuan Tongqiao Granules （BTG） and the control group B （357 cases） of Biyuanshu Oral Liquid （BOL） were treated by respective medications, all being treated for 15 d. Results The total effective rate was 97.24% for BQG, and 89.39% for BTG, and 86.83% for BOL. The treating group was superior to the two control groups in the therapeutic effects with a significant difference between BQG and BTG, BQG and BOL（ P 〈 0.05）. The effect of the treating group on treating allergic rhinitis and nasal sinusitis in children was also obviously superior to the control groups（ P 〈 0.01 ）. There were no severe adverse drug reactions in the three groups. Conclusion BQG is safe and reliable with satisfactory therapeutic effect for treating allergic rhinitis and nasal sinusitis in children.
