摘 要:依据子午线轮胎的实际结构,考虑轮胎与轮辋的接触,借助MSC MARC有限元分析软件,建立了轮胎的平面轴对称模型和三维有限元分析模型。首先,利用平面模型分析了轮胎与轮辋的装配过程和充气过程。然后,为简化计算量,利用轴对称到三维的分析方法,分析了轮胎在垂直载荷作用下的接地问题和在侧偏条件下低速稳态滚动过程。给出了轮胎与地面、轮辋接触界面上的法向力分布;在不同侧偏角下轮胎最低断面的变形情况,并探讨了不同负荷、气压、摩擦系数对侧向力、回正力矩与侧偏角关系的影响。According to the actual structure of the radial tire, which is included the contact non-linearity between tire and rim,an axisymmetric and a three-dimensional finite element tire models based on MSC. MARC code are constructed in the present study. Firstly, using the axisymmetric model,the rim is fixed in the tire,along with the tire being inflated. Secondly,in order to reduce the cost of calculation,with the aid of the advanced method of axisymmetric model to three-dimensional model, the problems of tire-pavement contact and the steady state rolling of tire with various cornering condition are analyzed. The distributions of contact normal force at tire-rim and tire-road interfaces are presented, and the deformation configures of the lowest section of tire at different slip angles are also given. Furthermore,the influences of various loads, inflation pressure and friction coefficients on lateral forces and aligning moments are investigated.
