摘 要:采用动态硫化法制备了三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)/高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)热塑性硫化胶(TPV),并对其力学性能和微观相结构进行了研究。结果表明。EPDM/HDPE TPV的力学性能随HDPE含量的增加而提高,其应力-应变曲线呈现出典型的弹性体特征;当EPDM/HDPE共混比为60/40时,所制备的TPV表现出了良好的综合性能;EPDM分散相的粒径在1~20μm之间且较均匀地分散于基体中;HDPE连续相在拉伸断裂过程中于断面处形成了成簇的纳米级微纤维;TPV两相结合良好。The EPDM/HDPE TPVs were prepared by dynamic vulcanization technique, the mechanical properties and the micro-phase structure of the prepared EPDM/HDPE TPVs were investigated. The results showed that the mechanical properties of the EPDM/HDPE TPV increased with the increasing HDPE content,moreover, the stress-strain curves of the prepared TPVs showed the charac- teristics of a typical elastomer. Considering the proper mechanical properties, the weight ratio of EP- DM/HDPE blend should be 60/40. The vulcanized EPDM particles were dispersed evenly in the matrix and the dimension of the dispersed EPDM particles was in the range of 1 - 20 μm. The cluster like nanofibres could be found on the fracture surface of the TPV,which were formed from the plastic de- formation of spherical crystals of HDPE during the tensile test. The interface between EPDM and HDPE was well.
