摘　　要：对区域医疗卫生信息化的规划和建设,是实现卫生体制改革的一条途径.但区域医疗卫生信息化建设中存在的一些问题值得我们思考,正确地认识这些问题,有利于制定确实可行的目标、规划和实施方案,提高区域医疗卫生信息化建设的效益.The planning and construction of regional medical information is one of the ways to achieve health system reform. However, the problems that exist in the construction of the regional medical information are worthy of our consideration. The proper understanding of these problems will help to develop practical goals and implementing plans to improve the efficiency of the regional medical information construction.
