摘　　要：目的总结应用股前外侧皮瓣加外固定架治疗小腿骨折合并软组织缺损临床疗效。方法应用股前外侧皮瓣加外固定架治疗小腿骨折皮肤软组织缺损骨外露、感染85例患者。结果85例患者中除1例所切取的皮瓣出现皮肤、皮下组织坏死,筋膜成活,后期游离植皮成活外,其余全部成活。6例伤口渗液,二期死骨摘除后愈合,其余伤口均一期愈合。术后随访6～24个月,无再感染,保留了肢体并且均恢复一部分感觉。结论应用股前外侧皮瓣加外固定架治疗小腿骨折软组织缺损,具有骨折固定可靠、创面覆盖满意、早期进行关节功能练习等优点。Objective To study the application of free anterolateral thigh flap and external fixation to cure the fracture of lower leg combined with soft tissue defect. Methods 85 patients were treated with free anterolateral thigh flap and exteral fixation to cure the fracture of lower leg combined with soft tissue defect. Results Of 85 cases, the flaps survived, but the lcase skin and subcutaneous tissue was necrosis in 1 case. In 6 casese, the wounds seepaged and healed after the bone sequestrum removed. Conclusion It is effective to treat fracture of lower leg combined with soft tissue defec with free anterolateral thigh flap.
