摘 要:以南丰蜜橘"杨小-26"为试材,通过根际不同深度和不同剂量的RT-3005KM保水剂处理,研究了不同保水剂处理对南丰蜜橘叶片叶绿素含量与光合速率的影响。结果表明:不同保水剂处理均可提高南丰蜜橘的叶绿素含量和光合速率;同一剂量不同施用深度保水剂处理下,40 cm处的叶绿素含量和光合速率最大;同一施用深度不同剂量的保水剂处理下,160 g/株的处理光合速率最大;光合速率在一定范围内随着保水剂用量的增加而上升,超过一定范围反而呈现下降趋势。The effects of applying different dosages of water -holding agent RT -3005KM to different soil depths on the photosynthetic rate and chlorophyll content in Nanfeng orange variety "Yangxiao -26" were studied. The research results were as follows: (1) water -holding agent could improve the photosynthetic rate and chlorophyll content in Nanfeng orange; (2) under the same dosage of water -holding agent but different application depths, Nanfeng orange had the maximum photosynthetic rate and chlorophyll content in the treatment of 40 em soil depth ; (3) under the same application depth but different doses of water - holding agent, Nanfeng orange had the maximum photosynthetic rate in the treatment of 160 g/plant dosage; (4) the photosynthetic rate increased along with the rising of dosage within a certain range, but it would have the opposite trend if the dosage exceeded the range.
