摘  要:以山东省鱼台地区蔬菜重金属污染为研究对象,通过对鱼台地区蔬菜样品中重金属元素Cr、As、Pb、Cd、Hg的含量进行分析,结果表明重金属在各类蔬菜中的平均含量以Pb的含量最高。5种重金属在蔬菜中的平均残留量由大到小依次为:Pb>Cr>As>Cd>Hg。研究结果认为,由于化学肥料的大量施用、工矿企业的三废排放、汽车尾气等,使得鱼台地区部分蔬菜重金属Pb含量超标;进而根据各类蔬菜对土壤中不同重金属的选择性吸收,提出科学的选择性种植的建议。This article studied the impact of different eco -geological environments on heavy metal (Cr, As, Pb, Cd, Hg) pollution of vegetable in Yutai area of Shand0ng province. The results indicated that the average content of Pb in various kinds of vegetables was the highest among above - mentioned heavy metals, 5 kinds of heavy metals had the following order according to their average content in 11 kinds of vegetables:Pb 〉 Cr 〉 As 〉 Cd 〉 Hg. Heavy metal content in vegetables in Yutai area was generally high, andPb was the major pollution elements. According to the selective absorption of different heavy metals in the soil by different kinds of vegetables, some suggestions on the scientific selective planting of vegetables in Yutai area were put forward.
