摘　　要：针对换撑在基坑施工中的重要性,通过对上海某地铁基坑换撑时围护结构的有限元分析,计算了换撑后围护结构的受力与侧向位移,验证了换撑设计的合理性,积累了基坑工程经验。Aiming at the importance of the support exchange in foundation pit project, the paper according to the finite elementary analysis of the enclosure structure in support exchange of subway＇ s foundation pit of Shanghai, calculates the stress of the enclosure structure after support exchange and lateral displacement, verifies the reasonability of the design for the support exchange, and to accumulate the experience of foundation pit project.
