摘　　要：结合在建筑工程中实现节能降耗的途径和现代管理科学的发展方向,介绍了推行精细化管理的基础,阐述了推行精细化管理的手段,并指出推行精细化管理的意义,以期达到优化管理,提高工效,实现建筑工程的节能降耗。Combining with the tunnels for the energy-saving and consumption reduction in architectural projects and the developmental direction of the modem management science, the paper introduces the basement for implementing the meticulous management, illustrates the measures to carry out the management, and points out the significance of implementing the management, so as to achieve the optimized management, to improve the efficiency and realize the energy-saving and consumption of architectural projects.
