摘  要:在分析液相接触反应生成TiB2颗粒机制时,发现反应块表面存在一些TiAl3晶须本文用SEM分析了反应温度对TiAl3晶须形貌的影响,讨论了TiAl3晶须的生长机理结果表明:TiAl3晶须的长径比随反应温度升高而减少;TiAl3晶须的生长机理为VLS机制,但在晶须生长过程中触媒液滴里的Ti参与了反应。Some TiAl 3 whiskers are found to be produced simultaneously during the formation process of TiB 2 particularly fabricated by in-situ reaction in molten aluminum.The effect of temperature of molten aluminum on the morphologies of the TiAl 3 whiskers and the growth mechanism of the whiskers are studied.The results show that the aspect ratio of the TiAl 3 whiskers decreases with the increase of the temperature.The growth of the whiskers is proved to be controlled by a vapor-liquid-solid(VLS) mechanism.The titanium and aluminum atoms in the catalytic droplet,however,have been confirmed to react with each other,which is different from other whiskers growing by a VLS mechanism where the composition in the catalytic droplet is constant.
