城市社区生活空间规划的控制性指标体系

摘　　要：以社会公平对应空间公正的人本主义理念为指导,以提高城市社区生活空间质量为最高目标,运用实证主义、结构主义的方法,并结合人们微观认知的行为主义方法,构建了社区生活空间规划的三大控制要素(城市空间资源、社区资源、城市生活场所)及其两套指标体系(社区生活空间观下的社区规划控制指标体系和居民对生活场所感应—认知的存在主义控制指标体系),总结出了社区(体系)规划的棱柱体控制模型。Using positivist and structural methods, with the help of behavioral approaches for microcosmic cognition, three controlling components （urban spatial resource, community resource, and urban life place） and two index systems （controlling system of community planning based on spatial view of community life, and existentialism controlling system based on residents＇ perception-cognition of life place） are constructed of the planning of community life space in cities in order to promote the spatial quality of urban community life, and the prism controlling model of community （system） planning is concluded.
