摘 要:我国山地城市分布广泛,普遍面临着用地紧张的问题。本文以遵义市为例,以遥感、GIS为技术平台,综合高程、坡度、坡向、地形起伏度、河流水系、植被覆盖等6要素,进行城市建设适宜性评价,得到城市建设用地的最大潜力及空间分布,重点提出综合功能选择、组团空间布局、循序开发时序等山地利用策略.为我国其他山地城市的规划与建设提供参考。Mountain cities are widely distributed in China, and they are generally facing the problem of shortage of land. Taking Zunyi as an example, the suitability evaluation based on GIS/RS for urban land is developed, which combines six factors such as elevation, slope, aspect, relief of topography, river, and vegetation. The utilization potential and spatial distribution of urban built areas are analyzed. On the basis of this, mountain utilization strategies are proposed, including function development, spatial composition, scheduling, et al. The planning method is also explored for land intensive use in mountain city, which would give useful reference for other cities in China.
